Compared with artificial synthetic chemical preservatives (benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, calcium propionate, etc.), natural preservatives such as ε-polylysine are safe, and its monomer is one of the eight most common amino acids in the human body.
